This program is designed for students whose TOEFL score is under 450 (IBT 45) to get maximum English skills before the regular school begins in September. It is strongly recommended for the students who are admitted to our school.

☞ Intensive ESL Program

u  35 hours per week with small, vibrant classes

u  Certified ESL teacher

u  Grammar Skills

u  Communication skills

u  Writing skills

☞ Immersion in American Culture

Students will be staying with host families and engaged in activities with American students . Large groups may need other housing options provided by the school.

☞ Weekend Tour for colleges and activities

u  College Visits: Princeton University, Harvard University, Yale University, MIT

u  Field Experience at Columbus Market

u  Actively involved in American host family’s life

☞ Host Homes

Host families are interviewed and must meet all requirements of NJUCA standards to qualify as a host family. Most of host families are faculty members and teachers at our school and other schools.  Host families maintain excellent accommodations that harmonize with our school’s standards.  Host families will provide transportation for the student to and from the school.  They will also provide special activities to enhance their time in the United States.
